Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description

  • We are looking for Sales Executives to join the team who will be responsible for pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products and services offers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Preparing and delivering sales demos/presentations on products and services we offer to current and prospective customers.
  • Prepare reports with sales and financial data on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Identifying areas of business opportunity and growth and leading the grasping and closure of these opportunities.
  • Establishing and building strong relationships with partners, clients, and prospective talent.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns and proffer the best solutions.
  • Gathering customer and prospects' feedback and sharing it with internal teams.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
