Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a real estate sales executive, you will work closely with the manager to develop and increase sales of properties by following up on potential and existing clients.
  • You will be required to follow up on the portfolio/leads of new clients too.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales of properties with existing and new clients Prospect
  • Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through inspections.
  • Develop innovative ideas to boost sales
  • List details of land for sale
  • Develop, establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in a related discipline.
  • Must be creative to apply innovative marketing campaigns & strategies to attract buyers.
  • Must be energetic
  • Must have good command of English.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales with a proven record of business development in a real estate firm.

Benefits

  • Salary plus10% on Land sales, 3% on House sales andother gift items.
