Job Brief

  • The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documentation as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of 4+ years in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive attitude.

Salary
N250,000 / month.
