We develop virgin lands into habitable, serene smart estates with world-class infrastructure. We help individuals & organizations find Premium Serviced Properties, Dry Land & Houses.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki Peninsula, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining business relationships with prospective and subsisting clients.
  • Recruiting and management of sales agents.
  • Development and execution of sales strategies
  • Ensure brand promotion and positioning.
  • Actively generating leads, marketing, and closing sales.
  • Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
  • Identification and execution of client acquisition strategies.
  • Identifying and engaging emerging markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Marketing / Development, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in any related field.
  • Must have experience in Real Estate sales / Marketing.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft tools.
