Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description 
Developing Sales Strategies:

  • Craft and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate new leads.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Communicate benefits and features of products/services.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams.
  • Provide feedback based on client interactions and market insights.

Customer Feedback and Support:

  • Gather and report customer feedback.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
  • Ensure sales agreements align with company policies.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Staying Updated:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and market conditions.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Attending Events and Networking:

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Build a professional network to generate new business opportunities.
