Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Victoria Island / Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aluminum industry, architecture, real estate, construction, or related fields. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new and big business opportunities in the aluminum industry, architecture, real estate, construction, and other relevant sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and recommend appropriate glass solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to ensure win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years, preferably 5-6 years
  • Industry Experience: Aluminum industry, architecture, real estate, construction, or related industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Preferred Candidate: Female, unmarried
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aluminum industry, architecture, real estate, construction, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of glass processing industry products and services.
