Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Arepo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responsible for sales of company’s products, meeting and exceeding sales target.

Responsibilities

  • Answers Customer calls and maintains a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
  • Log information on calls received and maintains detailed and accurate records.
  • Orders and maintain relevant office supplies for effective departmental functions
  • Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
  • Communicates and liaises verbally and in writing between customers and visitors making enquiries and relevant staff and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone in person e-mail and to verbal or written instructions
  • Meets clients’ needs and expectations
  • Perform departmental reception duties in an efficient professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, supervisor and the customers,
  • Preparation and maintenance of necessary sales documents
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the company’s product reputation
  • Organise sales promotional events or display

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

  • HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role preferably in a manufacturing or electric industry
  • Good knowledge of cables and wires
  • Ideal candidate should be resident of any of the South East States in Nigeria.
