Bluenix Paint, an Agro Allied company, with extention in paint manufacturing, is recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kubuwa / Dei Dei, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
  • This role involves a combination of prospecting, account management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Qualify leads and conduct initial outreach to potential clients.

Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to effectively address customer needs.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure deals.
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Customer Feedback:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
  • Share insights with relevant teams to enhance overall customer experience.

Networking:

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and establish connections.
  • Participate in networking activities to expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

  • May involve travel to meet clients and attend events.
  • Fast-paced environment with potential for meeting tight deadlines.

  • N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
