  • Identify prospective customers’ needs, propose solutions and convert prospects to clients.
  • Develop marketing content
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts for the long-term
  • Experience in all major social media platforms
  • Experience with SEO.
  • Manage accounts and meet or exceeded targets relating to revenue growth.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Prospecting for new clients as well as maintaining existing clients.
  • Strong telephone and business communication skills.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customer through regular meetings and follow up calls and identify and obtain further sales strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Manage key relationships with clients and partners through proactive communication and successful project execution, always with a strong focus on optimizing the partnership experience.
  • Manage project staff and consultants, ensuring their timely and effective inputs. Ensure the high performance of project staff, subcontractors, and consultants; provide additional training or support as needed.
  • Coordinate work across team members, project schedules, and budgets to ensure high quality, timely delivery of project activities within budget.
  • Manage partnerships and relationships with media organizations.
  • Manage and update all social media accounts.
  • Contribute to process innovation within company to improve organizational agility, efficiency, and impact.
  • Identify and cultivate new areas of business growth and project opportunities to expand our business.

An ideal candidate has:
  • A good history of social media and will need to go through an interview before hiring to understand social media understanding.
  • Poise, professionalism, and client services orientation.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints. Can multitask with ease and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
  • Appreciation of complexity. Comfort with ambiguity. Sense of humour.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in fast-paced and growing company or social enterprise. At least 2 years of experience in marketing and business management
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, including Journalism, Business Administration, Business Management or Accounting. Candidates with an undergraduate degree and significant professional experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively synthesize and present complex ideas to diverse audiences. Written and spoken fluency in English is required, knowledge of Nigeria’s local languages and context is an asset.

Conditions/Remuneration
  • Pay for start: ₦40, 000.00
  • Permanent PAY: ₦50, 000.00 - ₦100 000.00 Per Month (Negotiable)
  • Permanent workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (1:00 pm - 2:00 pm lunch break)
  • Work Days for start: 3 days a week
  • Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (1:00 pm - 2:00 pm lunch break)
