Description

We are currently seeking dynamic Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our team and promote our cutting-edge hosting services to businesses, companies, and individuals. If you have a proven track record of closing deals, building lasting relationships, and possessing the charisma to win over potential clients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach: Utilize your persuasive skills to proactively approach potential clients, including businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, and individuals, through various channels such as cold calling, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our hosting services and the value they provide to clients. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our hosting solutions to potential customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, lead generation, and other strategic methods. Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor sales pitches accordingly to offer the best hosting solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals. Work diligently to convert prospects into paying customers, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop persuasive sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and sales materials, that effectively showcase our hosting services.
  • Market Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to management. Utilize sales tracking tools and CRM systems to manage and update customer interactions and sales data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  •  0 - 3 years experience.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and ambitious individual with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: The internet landscape is ever-changing, and the successful candidate must be adaptable, open to learning, and able to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are crucial for managing a diverse range of potential clients.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B or B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Previous experience in selling hosting services or related IT solutions is advantageous.
  • Strong Persuasive Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate can articulate complex ideas in a compelling manner and build rapport with potential clients effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: A solid understanding of web hosting, cloud services, domains, and internet-related technologies is preferred. Familiarity with industry-specific jargon and trends will be an advantage.
