Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Trainee)

Location: Oregun-Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for ayoung, motivated individual to join our Sales and Marketing team. No major experience in sales is required – just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for client engagement and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive client relationships to promote and sell company services, addressing inquiries and providing professional support.
• Utilise marketing materials and presentations to engage clients, following sales processes and closing procedures (training provided).
• Document lead activities and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Work towards performance targets and ensure excellent customer service, maintaining the company’s reputation.
• Assist with setting up branded merchandise and guide clients on usage.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, reaching out via phone, email, and other channels, while adhering to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Just concluded NYSC (no prior experience required).
• Likes selling, teachable & eager to learn
• Adaptable, works well independently or in a team.
• Confident in handling client interactions.
• Smart, detail-oriented, and personable.
• Preferred Gender: Female
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanour.
• Organised and able to manage time well.

Salary
N100,000 - N140,000 / Monthly
