Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Oregun, Ikeja - Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking highly experienced sales and marketing executives/relationship managers in the field of sales & service to join our team and contribute to our sales efforts.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, creating effective sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relations, and generating detailed sales reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients to promote and engage QwestMark's specialized cleaning services, OEM equipment representation, and general commerce offerings.
  • Achieve established performance targets within the specified time frame.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth equipment setup, if required.
  • Generate sales leads to expand the customer base.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
  • Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
  • Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with corporate guidelines and procedures.

Key Attributes/Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Sales & Service
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable personality.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in reporting (an added advantage).
  • Attractive and pleasant personality, intelligent, and detail-oriented.

Salary
N250,000 - N280,000 (plus sales commission), Monthly based on experience.
