We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: Lagos Job Brief We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for Business Development Executives. Responsibilities include Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing business prospects, in conjunction with operational management where appropriate, to market the company’s integrated security solutions. Prepare and submit sales proposals / tenders to prospective customers. Where necessary, prepare and conduct sales presentation. In consultation with the Head of Sales, ensure that annual contract escalations of existing customers are finalised. Ensure smooth liaison between Sales and Operations in order to harmonise sales and service delivery. Business Development administrative functions: Finalise contract documentation (Service Agreement, Letter of Intent) as per standard terms and conditions. Preparation and submission of Contract Schedule to appropriate departments for processing. Ensure that a customer file is maintained, containing a signed copy of the contract, contract schedule, as well as any other relevant documentation. Ensure that the contract status report is updated on a monthly basis. Advise country management of sales activities, competitors and customer needs.Interact with customers by phone, e-mail and/or face-to-face regarding various care issues. Regular soft calls and visits to the customers Administration of customer satisfaction surveys (2 times in a year) Document and Follow through to resolve all customer complaints Gather and report relevant information about the industry, business prospects and competition Make a monthly summary report. Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing and detailed account management. Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience. Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics. Capturing and applying customer feedback. Regular update of client details and information Develop and maintain relationships which benefit client Effectively communicate with Key Clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication to identify full potential for, and to gain maximum commitment to purchase products Maintain good relationships with customers through regular phone contact, e-mails or the personal contact Managing existing client contract and expanding existing contract for new business opportunities To provide client with in-depth knowledge of our business and excellent service Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Hands on experience with a CRM software and MS Office Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent organizational and multitasking skills A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines Knowledge of Net Promoter Score will be an added advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills University Graduate or equivalent.
