Job Position:  Restaurant/Outlet Manager
Job Location: 
Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description
Key responsibilities for the position includes but not limited to:

  • Organize and structure the department
  • Enhance internal/external relations
  • Facilitate human resources development through communication and training
  • Maximize sales and departmental profitability
  • Ensure a smooth F&B operation with high standards of product and service delivery
  • Develop the Marketing and promotion of F&B outlets
Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Technical Knowledge and ability to manage F&B operation through:
  • Extensive knowledge of the product and service of international cuisine
  • Marketing and strategic planning knowledge
  • Profit and loss analysis knowledge
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in F&B operation in an international hotel chain
  • Budgeting and forecasting knowledge
  • Verbal and written communication skills
Human Relations Skills
  • Ability to lead, supervise and manage subordinates
  • Ability to oversee training requirements and develop personnel
  • Ability to develop relations with clients and potential customers
  • Ability to motivate employees
  • Ability to conduct yearly performance appraisals
