We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Relationship Manager - Direct / Brokers Sales

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Department: Corporate Distribution

Job Grade: Assistant  - Deputy Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the build and maintain relationships directly with key clients by extension Brokers to secure and grow our share of wallet in the Group Life segment of the identified market segments.
  • Business intelligence gathering, customer profiling and preparation of proposals.
  • Oral & and written Presentations to Clients and prospecting clients
  • Weekly/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly reporting and Record-Keeping.
  • Lead and implement the Direct Sales strategy. Manage relationships with some identified brokers in a sustainable manner.
  • Direct sales engagement with identified corporate clients for Group Life & Group Welfare Plans.
  • Grow and maintain renewal businesses.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery to identified key clients/brokers by liaising with the technical team.
  • Any other job assigned by the Head of Corporate Distribution.

Job Requirements
Academic Qualification & Work Experience:

  • First Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of Seven (7) years post-qualification experience.
  • Associate CIIN is good to have.
