We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

 

 

Job Title: Flight Dispatcher

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports to: Manager / Chief Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain good working relationships with airport authorities and 3rd party contractors.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure that United Nigeria operational security complies with regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct security survey, to support the CSO in risk analysis and threat assessments.
  • Monitor service level of third party contractors to ensure that security operations are not compromised.
  • Provide the required support for the achievement of effective and efficient security service delivery per excellence and ensure the actualisation of departmental objectives.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • BSc. Degree in Social Science/ Behavioural Science/Criminology.
  • At least 1 year’s aviation experience coupled with 3 years general security administration in a multinational/reputable company required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be smart and diligent at all times
  • Must be Proactive & Innovative
  • Must be Computer literate

 

 

 

Job Title: Security Coordinator

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports to: Manager / Chief Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily crew movement reports
  • Record all requests made for transport on a daily basis
  • Maintain records of distribution of all security equipment and also ensure their repairs when necessary
  • Manage all petty complaints from staff concerning security, especially with respect to access control (electronic or manual), and any other security related matter
  • Ensure timely, precise and accurate compilation of data & maintain all relevant data captured
  • Vet all the invoices coming into security department with a view to identifying discrepancy and report same to head of security

Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • BSc. Degree in Social Science / Behavioural Science / Criminology.
  • At least 2 year’s aviation experience coupled with 3 years general security administration in a multinational/reputable company required.

Job Title: Security Audit Inspector

Locations: Abuja, Enugu, Lagos, Port Harcourt-Rivers, Owerri-Imo and Asaba-Delta
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Exercise operational control for the responsibility of safe efficient planning and monitoring of a flight
  • Authorize the release of an aircraft to operate in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the Operational Flight Plan
  • Analyze operational conditions and identify any opportunities that may constrain, impede or benefit operational capabilities inclusive of, but not limited to weather, facilities, Air Traffic Control, and aircraft performance.
  • Communicate to Air Traffic Control Services all Operational Flight Plan requirements.
  • Capture up-to-date flight progress information of assigned flight movements (Flight Watch) and to ensure that the flight movement information is both current and accurate.
  • Provide and communicate revised Operational Flight Plans to optimize revenue payload potential while maintaining adequate Safety standards
  • Coordinate all planning aspects of both training and test flights.
  • Ensure the performance of safe and efficient Flight Dispatch in accordance with all NCAA and foreign governmental rules and regulations, Company operating manuals, and Corporate policies and procedures.

Qualification, Experience & Skill

  • Relevant educational qualifications are BSc., HND or OND in any field of study
  • At least two years flight dispatch experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

 

 

 

Job Title: Security Operations Supervisor

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports to: Manager / Chief Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily flight reports to the CSO
  • Conduct daily briefings with all the security personnel on the approach and strategies to secure the airline’s properties, staff, passengers and passengers baggage from pilfering and malicious damage.
  • Maintain a visible presence in all United Nigeria operations and ensures that third party security service providers are complying with our ASP and their own SOP
  • Investigate all security related incidents and reports same to the CSO .
  • Liaise with FAAN operatives in the field and other related agencies as the CSO may deem fit or as assigned.
  • Manage all petty complaints from staff concerning security, especially with respect to operational issues and any other security related matter.

Qualification, Experience & Skill

  • BSc Degree in Social Science / Behavioural Science / Criminology.
  • At least 2 year’s aviation experience coupled with 3 years general security administration in a multinational/reputable company required.
