We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Inventory Officer Location: Lagos Details

• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
• Inspect the levels of business supplies and materials to identify shortages
• Ensure stock is adequate for all distribution request and can cover direct demand
• Record all deliveries to reconcile inventory
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory Place orders to replenish stock to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory Mgt or similar position
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• An analytical mind with strong math skills and Microsoft suite knowledge
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• BSc/ HND
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CILT) will be a plus

  Job Title: Experience Officer (Ticketing & Service) Locations: Benin-Edo, (Iyana-Ipaja, Ikotun, Yaba)-Lagos, Warri-Delta, Enugu Details

• Sell bus tickets at GIGM.com terminals to walk in guests.
• Make and/or change travel reservation(s) for walk in guest using the online booking system.
• Create and maintain Guests/ reservation records.
• Resolve service problem(s) by clarifying the Guests’ complaints either via phone, email or in person.
• Forward booking/traveling reschedule request to the concerned unit.
• Serve guests by providing product/ service information related to travel schedule, fare and payment.
• Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system.
• Assist in Guests’ luggage check in.
• Ensure customer complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate Unit(s).
• Adhere to company policies on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
• Promote Brand goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to Guests and employees.
• Promote/ Cross sell the GIGM online booking app and other Company products and services.
• Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart conveyance.
• Assigns specified space to customers and maintains computerized inventory of passenger space available.
