Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a professional, customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to join their luxurious spa team in Lekki Phase 1.
  • The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service.
  • As a Spa Receptionist, you will manage appointments, handle customer inquiries, and support the spa’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Address client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly.
  • Offer information about spa services, promotions, and memberships.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Appointment Management:

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring efficient use of spa resources.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated appointment calendar.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to manage bookings effectively.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle the check-in and check-out process, including invoicing and payment collection.
  • Maintain detailed client records and preferences in the system.
  • Prepare daily reports on bookings, revenue, and feedback.
  • Monitor spa supplies and liaise with vendors for replenishment when needed.

Spa Environment Management:

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Provide clients with refreshments and other amenities during their wait.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Experience with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
