Prepare, examine & maintain financial records, ensure records are accurate & taxes are paid as and when due
Review the financial operations of the business
Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned
Make bestpractices recommendations to management
Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals

Education & Experience

HND/B.Sc. in Accounting
ICAN/ ACCA certified
23 years’ work experience in similar role

Knowledge of record keeping & accounting principles

Job Title: Client Service & Operations Management Associate Location: Nigeria Requirements

BSc degree in any field
2 - 4 years’ client/customer service experience preferably with a banking background
CRM certified
Familiarity with Pharmaceutical products, services and pharmaceutical distribution operations will be an added advantage

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read clients expressions
