Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, examine & maintain financial records, ensure records are accurate & taxes are paid as and when due
- Review the financial operations of the business
- Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
- Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
- Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
- Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned
- Make bestpractices recommendations to management
- Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
- Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals
Education & Experience
- HND/B.Sc. in Accounting
- ICAN/ ACCA certified
- 23 years’ work experience in similar role

Job Title: Client Service & Operations Management Associate
Location: Nigeria
Requirements
- BSc degree in any field
- 2 - 4 years’ client/customer service experience preferably with a banking background
- CRM certified
- Familiarity with Pharmaceutical products, services and pharmaceutical distribution operations will be an added advantage

- Excellent proven customer service skills, able to interact with a variety of clients with tact and diplomacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read clients expressions
