• National Diploma (ND) in Marketing, Secretarial Administration, Business Administration or any other related filed

General Requirements:

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Job Title: IT Support Officer Location: Lagos Educational Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Computer Science and/or Engineering, Physics Electronics or other I.T related courses

General Requirements:

• Excellent analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn and memorize programing languages
• I.T skills in Microsoft, Software and Networking
• Solid problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Technical writing skills
• Versatility
• Ability to handle multitasking
• Experience in ITIL and MCSA
