We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Locations: Wuse 2 and Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Tha candidate is required to facilitate new hires for the company and this include screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers in on-boarding new employees and guide new employees through the process of compensation and benefit

Job Schedule:

• 6 days a week (Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday or Sunday) 8am to 5pm

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Degree / HND with 3-5 years work experience.
• Candidate must have proven experience as an HR officer and Administration
• Candidate must have knowledge in basic HR functions (salary and benefit, recruitment, training and development)
• Candidate must have outstanding organisational and time management ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision making aptitude, strong ethic, and hardworking.
• Proficient in MS office and Certification in Human Resources and Management
• Candidate must be based in Abuja

Job Title: Accountant

Locations: Wuse 2 and Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions, prepare budget and petty cash
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings, Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Incharge of remitting tax and preparing tax returns
• Manage staff salaries and payments, compensations, benefits and deductions
• Audit financial transactions and documents and data confidentiality
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years working experience as an accountant in a previous Organisation
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like the Quickbooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills and general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• B.Sc in accounting and other Accounting Certifications

Job Schedule:

• 6 days in a week ( Monday to Friday the alternate Saturday or Sunday)
