We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:     Job Title: Consumer Insights Intern Ref No: 36519 Location:  Lagos Job Type: Internship Level: level 9 Reporting to: CI, Manager Role Summary

  • To assist the project team(s) in assigned administrative duties which may or may not be research-related to ensure client needs is fully met.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in translation of new questionnaires and those with vernacular answers recorded by interviewers
  • Assist in data extraction or charting after due briefing and clear instructions are given
  • Assist in proof reading questionnaires, showcards and charts
  • Prepare presentation charts and showcards using computer graphic package
  • Assist in photocopying  / printing / binding of reports and proposals
  • Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
  • Provide other administrative support to the assigned project teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of working experience
  • Working knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
  • Functional research  experience
  • Practical Intelligence

  • Assist in data collection under close supervision of team leaders / supervisors
Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for data quality, explaining the movement of data on a shop by shop basis
  • Conduct audit work assigned in accordance with the standard ACNielsen procedure outlined in Manual
  • Maintain good relationship with retailers and the stability of panel
  • Sign up new outlets and replace drop out within the next audit cycle
  • Adhere to work schedules and submit field reports within the operating schedule
  • Make necessary preparation before audits i.e. contact details, arrange documents, forms and incentives
  • Adhere to field instruction and attend all briefings organized by senior staff
  • Conduct fieldwork for Retail census
  • Conduct ad hoc fieldwork assignments which may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
  • Diploma from a tertiary Institution is desired
  • Minimum qualification: College/High School Graduate
