Job Title: Secretary
Location:
Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Organising and maintaining Partner's diary and email account, as well as scheduling appointments for Partner
  • Daily routine calls
  • Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Coordinating and scheduling all business and personal vacation travel arrangements for Partner and occasionally, accommodation
  • Attending to and monitoring urgent enquiries and issues, ensuring that they are brought to the Partner's direct attention and where necessary, referring matters to the appropriate manager for action
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Meeting and greeting Partner's visitors
  • Taking dictation on various matters from Partner
  • Organizing meetings and ensuring that Partner is well-prepared for meetings.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business Admin or any related course
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Minimum of 2years experience

Job Title: Accountant
Location:

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
  • Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
  • Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
  • Responsible for preparing general ledger entries and reconciliations or month-end closing to close books in a timely manner
  • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
  • Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.
Qualification
  • B.SC/HND in Accounting or related course/
  • ICAN will be an added advantage.
Experience Required:
  • Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in management and financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis taxation and providing financial advice.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting is also important
