Job Title: Secretary
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining Partner's diary and email account, as well as scheduling appointments for Partner
- Daily routine calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Coordinating and scheduling all business and personal vacation travel arrangements for Partner and occasionally, accommodation
- Attending to and monitoring urgent enquiries and issues, ensuring that they are brought to the Partner's direct attention and where necessary, referring matters to the appropriate manager for action
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Meeting and greeting Partner's visitors
- Taking dictation on various matters from Partner
- Organizing meetings and ensuring that Partner is well-prepared for meetings.
Requirements- University Degree in Business Admin or any related course
- Excellent computer skills
- Minimum of 2years experience
Competencies:
- Must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills.

- Must be a self starter, result oriented and highly motivated.
- Must be able to work with minimal Supervision.

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
- Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
- Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
- Responsible for preparing general ledger entries and reconciliations or month-end closing to close books in a timely manner
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
- Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.
Qualification- B.SC/HND in Accounting or related course/
- ICAN will be an added advantage.
Experience Required:
- Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in management and financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis taxation and providing financial advice.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting is also important
