Job Title: Cashier
Location: Benin City, Edo

Job Description
- Assist the accountant in overseeing the activities of the cashiers in the department.
- Assist for the withdrawals from banks for office use.
- Ensure disbursement of cash/cheque on the basis of well approved payment vouchers.
- Ensure that cash sheet are prepared on daily basis where- in all cash withdrawn from the bank for office use, official receipts, tellers and all payments voucher paid are recorded, and balanced.
- Ensure that closing cash balance as per the cash sheet must agree with the physical cash balance on a daily basis.
- Maintain a register of all payments and analyzed into departments.
- Assist to pay into bank account all daily receips.
- Ensure that duplicate copies of bank tellers and cash receipts are passed to the appropriate officers.
- Ensure cleanliness of the office and yourself at all times.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 3 years work experience.
Job Title: Maintenance Personnel

Job Description
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems

Job Title: House Keeping Manager

Job Description
- Ensure the rooms are well clean at all times.
- Ensure safety and inventory of equipment in all the rooms.
- Maintain register of the inventory in the rooms
- Get the guests print-out to know the number of guests on daily basis.
- Report any electrical and/or electronics fault in the rooms on daily to the maintenance department
- Schedule and maintain departmental meeting.
- Supervise cleaning halls, reception assisted by GSA, Swimming pool and its surroundings for the day’s business.
