Job Title: BI/SQL Developer
Location: Lagos
Main Task & Responsibilities
- Working with MS SQL Server
- Updating and optimization of T-SQL inquiries
- Establishment of reports on SSRS, SQL, Excel
- Designing services and scripts on SSIS, SSAS, and SSMS
- Team player in application development by leveraging on technology
- Comment on/document own code according to standards and guidelines
- Document deployment instructions in line with operating procedures
- Update knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
- Develop tactical tools in order to streamline or bring more efficiency within processes
- Be a player in business process re-engineering within the department
- Maintain and develop knowledge of products, and processes
Necessary Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline with cognate experience
- At least 3-year experience of database (MSSQL SERVER)
- Deep knowledge of T-SQL, ability of writing complex inquiries and their optimization
- Good Knowledge of MS SQL Reporting Services and MS Excel
- Experience of developing technical documentations
- Sociability, focusing the attention to details, ability of providing the ideas both to technical and non-technical addressees, analytical thought, skill of working in team.
- Collaborative, consultative and customer-oriented approach
- Fluent English, both in writing and orally
- Knowledge of R or Python programming would be an asset
- Experience in financial sector would be an added advantage
Job Title: Application Admin Expert
Location: Monrovia, Liberia

Job Description
- The Application Admin Expert shall work as a strategic support staff to the IT Department and be responsible to aid the CIO in ensuring that application systems are maintained, available, secured, and deployed in line with the Bank standards.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Planning, deploying, configuring and maintaining ABL applications and electronic channels
- Install, manage and administer database servers such as MSSQL, MySQL and others
- Manages and support the Core Banking Application (myMBS)
- Ensure regular database backup, storage, and recovery at all times.
- Ensure database design, installation requirements and deployment.
- Assist in conduction training for end user on the use of core banking application (myMBS) and other applications and provide information on resolving problems.
- Implementing new releases and patch updated of Bank Applications;
- Installs new banking software modules, updates or fixes (planning, local testing and in case of new functionalities, train the trainer)
- Develop customized reports.
- Function as second level support for questions related to the business functionality of the banking system
- Supervise applications projects in connection with Banking Application
- Maintain and update documentation of systems and applications
- Understanding of API – working and connecting with API of other vendors
- Capable of API delivery end to end which includes Planning, Design, Development, Testing, and Delivery of API(s).
- Transfer knowledge to other IT Colleagues.
Requirements

Job Summary
- The IT technical project manager will carry out IT infrastructure planning by consolidating inputs from various stakeholders and converting them into actionable IT Infrastructure implementation plans. Coordinate the on-site work of external IT infrastructure provider, local IT team, software solution vendors, service providers and related stakeholders.
- He will take ownership of software implementation activities based on target software architecture designs and plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Management of multi-country IT Projects
- Manage, oversee and deliver integrated infrastructure/systems plans
- Vendor Management for the following fields: IT Infrastructure, Datacenters, Internet Services, Software and web solutions
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with IT and business project managers
- Ensure timely delivery of the different phases of the different projects at the required quality
- Budget calculation, cost planning and reporting
- Manage budget for projects and changes
- Travelling across Sub-Sahara Africa to supervise project implementation team(s).
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within IT industry and preferably within consulting firms
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT project management preferably in a multi-location / multi-country environment or Banking environment or Consulting environment
- Ability to manage pressure situations and provide outstanding service delivery to competing priorities for requests, inquiries and meeting high client expectations.
- Ability to take responsibility and work autonomously.
Necessary Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience in IT Infrastructure planning and deployment
- Experience coordinating IT infrastructure delivery vendors and internal teams
- Experience documenting IT infrastructure designs
- Experience in ICT infrastructure auditing, gap analysis and documentation
- Experience managing different stakeholders such as software vendors, internal development team and software quality assurance team.

Job Title: Senior IT Service Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Main Responsibilities
Accountability of IT Service Delivery:
- Ensure end-user satisfaction at the defined level (as initial point of contact of users)
- Ensure continuous IT service delivery to end-users as well as agreed resolution time
- Ensure compliance to layer 1 information security, policies and operating procedures.
Support in team coordination:
- Assist in coordinating the IT service desk activities to deliver IT services to different geographic areas
- Assist in managing schedules and workloads of team members in a proactive manner
- Deliver training when required, implement approved process improvements
- Compile reports to track adherence to established service-level targets
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the equipment tracking database
- Contributing to the maintenance of the business internal knowledge base
- Creating and updating relevant documentation.
IT Service Desk:
- Manage and follow-up on all IT Requests
- Escalate unresolved issues/requests to 2nd Line in a timely manner
- Document internal procedures and ensure effective monitoring
MIS:
- Support the release deployment to the branches
- Utilize and maintain the IT service desk tracking software
- Ensure proper monitoring of periodical IT operations reports within the department
IT Security:
- Ensure and maintain internal IT Operations security as it relates to general information security policies and guidelines.
Requirements
Necessary experience and knowledge:
- Minimum OND in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least four years of relevant experience in a similar environment
- Broad knowledge of network, infrastructure, application, database and generic IT services
- Able to pick up new technologies fairly quickly
- Soft skills: customer-focused, effective communication, problem-solving, analytical mind
- Basic ITIL knowledge would be of advantage
- Any I.T. Certification will be an added advantage
