  • To drive the company’s sales and marketing activities to potential and existing customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities by pinpointing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options/probability.
  • Selling and marketing of company’s products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending security solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
  • Following up on leads generated by other departments.
  • Maintaining accurate records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Strategize on how to carry out marketing activities for new products.
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets by increase client data base.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Attending meetings with potential customers and closing deals.
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
  • Submit and ensure data is accurate on weekly progress reports.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Industrial security background.
  • Proven, verifiable sales track record.
  • Graduate, Master’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences other related discipline.
  • Professional qualification will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Prior B2B/outside sales experience is required.
  • Must have good presentation, negotiation skills

    Job Title:  Legal Officer Job Summary
  • The legal officer is to perform in totality, the legal responsibilities of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and supervising of all internal and external correspondence, letters of the company
  • Proffering Legal Advisory and Legal opinion on Litigation cases.
  • Drafting and vetting of all contractual agreements- Service Level Agreements, Contractor-Facilitator Agreement, Consultancy Agreement and other contractual agreements , memoranda, notices , briefs, between company and clients
  • Corporate Compliance with the Rules of the  Labor Law & Productivity as well as other corporate regulatory bodies
  • Carrying out secretarial duties in Board Meetings
  • To attend AGMs, Directors’ meeting and taking minutes of meetings
  • Mitigating litigation cases in court
  • Liaising with the external solicitor on litigation matters
  • Carrying out mediation process with clients
  • Ensuring compliance with all Corporate Affairs Commission Procedures as it relates to filing of annual returns and other post- incorporation requirements
  • Proffering legal counselling on best practice corporate governance
  • Ensuring due diligence in the company’s administration with third parties and its agreement
  • Reporting directly to the CEO,GM and members of the Board
  • Reviewing legal implication of company’s policies and its operations
  • Negotiating of contract terms and conditions
Education
  • Law degree from an accredited university
  • LLM degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience post law school
  • Relevant compliance related certification is an added advantage
Skills & Knowledge
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
