  • We are currently looking for a Public Relations (PR) Officer to organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public.
Job Brief
  • Developing PR strategies and campaigns
  • Preparing press releases, keynote speeches and promotional material
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public
  • Your goal will be to cultivate a positive company image.
Responsibilities
  • Develop Public Relation campaigns and media relations strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
  • Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
  • Prepare and distribute press releases
  • Organize Public Relation events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
  • Address inquiries from the media and other parties
  • Track media coverage and follow industry trends
  • Prepare and submit Public Relation reports
  • Manage Public Relation issues
Requirements/Skills
  • B.Sc/HND/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or any related field
  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role
  • Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
  • Background in researching, writing and editing publications
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media
  • Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
  • Strong communication ability (oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
Remuneration Salary Range: N120,000 - N150,000 per month     Job Title: Business Analyst Officer Location: Lagos Job Type: Full Time Description
  • We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to plan, organize and oversee business activities and ensure effective communication with the organization and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop methodology documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys and workflow analysis
  • Research and analyze all aspects of existing business practices and procedures
  • Communicate with heads of all departments about common frustrations, hindrances and other issues that interrupt their workflow
  • Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new processes, including budgetary guidelines and key personnel
  • Nominate and work with a project manager to develop new project plans and see them through to completion
  • Oversee the life cycle of changes to business systems and prepare detailed reports for executive management
Skills and Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field with at least two (2) years working experience is required
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication, training and speaking skills
  • Highly organized but willing to adjust direction when necessary.
Remuneration Salary Range: N150,000 - N180,000 per month.     Job Title: Logistics Coordinator/Officer Location: Lagos State Job Type: Full Time Job Description
  • We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to plan, organize and oversee Logistic activities involving shipment and ensure effective delivery to the organization and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders
  • Prepare accurate bills of lading
  • Satisfy air bills in a timely manner
  • Communicate with van lines and airlines to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
  • Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
  • Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility
  • Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
  • Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
Qualification and Skills
  • HND/BSc is required
  • Minimum of two years working experience in customer service or
  • logistics management a must
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Inventory maintenance experience a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Remuneration
  • Salary Range: N180,000 - N250,000 per month
