Job Title: Team Lead - Senior Level
Ref: STL-SL 003
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsibilities
- Ability to supervise a minimum of two Team Members.
- Prospect, convince and win prospective clients to the company.
- Meet Company's minimum monthly set targets in sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any discipline from a recognised University/ Higher Institution.
- Must have an NYSC or EXEPTION Certificate.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 6 Months experience with proven Production records from a recognise Financial Institution. (Experience from an Insurance company will be an added advantage).
Remuneration
Salary Base Allowance and Commissions.
Job Title: Sales Financial Planner

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsibilities
- Ability to prospect our trained products of the company.
- Meet Company's minimum monthly set targets.
- No experience is required for this category.
- Successful candidates will be properly trained to meet Company's set targets and goals.
Qualification
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any discipline from a recognise University/ Higher Institution.
- Must have an NYSC or EXEPTION Certificate.

Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities
- Ability to have and will be able to manage and encourage Team Members with ability to retain a minimum of 5 financial staffs.
Qualification
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any discipline from a recognise University/ Higher Institution.
- Must have an NYSC or EXEMPTION Certificate.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 12 Months experience with proven Production records from a recognise Financial Institution. (Experience from an Insurance company will be an added advantage).

Job Title: Unit Sales Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsibilities
- Ability to have and will be able to collate Unit Sales figures. Manage, mentor and retain a minimum of 15 financial staffs. Meet company’s minimum set Targets.
Qualification
- Minimum of a B.Sc/HND in any discipline from a recognise University/ Higher Institution.
- Must have an NYSC or EXEMPTION Certificate.
Relevant Experience:
- Must have and know how to develop business ideas. Minimum of 24 Months experience from a recognise Financial Institution. (Experience from an Insurance company will be an added advantage)
