We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Administrative/ Resourcing Officer Location: Port-Harcourt Job Description

  • Plans, develops and manages clients' security services, including gathering of security information and conducts risk assessment of prospective facilities.
  • Responsible for recruitment and resourcing of guards.
  • Handles training and orientation of guard force.
  • Conducts Staff welfare check on all employees of the company.
  • Ensures the implementation of Post Orders for locations.
  • Prepares periodic schedules and ad hoc security system reports; gathering data and prepares recommendations regarding system improvements.
  • Ensures that locations are ran smoothly- no short manning, materials and equipment are adequate and in good conditions.
  • Administers payroll and maintains employee records.
  • Attending to Guards salary complaints.
  • Processes & issues promotion and Salary review letter.
  • Processes clearance for exit staff.
  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company's Policies & Procedures.
Qualification
  • 2-3 years cognate experience in an Administrative Role; also knowledge of Security management would be an added advantage.

Job Title: Vetting Officer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Gives sound recommendations in relations to an individual’s vetting status.
  • Continuously develops documents and manages an effective security vetting procedures in order to meet the company's needs.
  • Conducts background checks and verifications on all employees.
  • Provides the strategic and tactical direction for vetting activity within the company, to ensure that current and future needs of the organization are met.
  • Records details on inquiries, comments, complaints and records details of actions taken.
  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company's Policies & Procedures.
  • Should be able to ride a motor bike

  • Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.

  • Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
  • Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security.

  • Ensures proper use, maintenance, accountability, and care of all company equipment issued to their assigned locations.
  • Ensures high standards of guarding service are maintained in their assigned locations.
  • Writes reports of inspection findings.
  • Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences in their assigned locations.
  • Ensures that Post Orders are pasted on the wall of the Gate House of their assigned locations.
  • Timely filing of short postings in their assigned locations.
  • Ensures proper Guards turnout (that they are smart, neat, ID Card Visible & Adhering to dress code) in their locations.
  • Monitors the activities in his/her assigned locations.
  • Conducts background checks and verifications on all employees.
  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company's Policies & Procedures.
  • Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.

  • Minimum of SSCE.
