  • Responsible for coordinating the brand’s activities - sales, advertising, promotion, marketing research and distribution

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Formulate brand’s long-term strategy to effectively reach customers
  • Oversees the brand’s marketing life cycle
  • Manages day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution
  • Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand
  • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, editorial, marketing, design, and operations to execute specific marketing plans

    Job Title: Female Business Development Executive Job Reference indicator: BDE Location: Lagos Job Grade: Operative Functionally reports into: Regional Sales Manager Administratively reports to: Regional Sales Manager Job Objective(s)
  • Finding and recruiting the right channel members, then onboarding them. Ensure retaining and penetrating those existing channel member accounts.
  • Sells the entire product line(or selections) to a single or multiple account within the territory, according to products mapping into outlets types.
  • Represent the company to the channel partners and channel partner to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Using advanced product knowledge and business planning skills will drive sell-in to channel members
  • Manage the day-to-day activities around generating and placing orders towards the achievement of specific channels sales targets.
  • Collects data and feedback on product performance, competition ad other vital information from the market.
  • Acts as an advisor to the channel members to help them plan their orders in order to achieve minimum profitability targets for this business
  • Works closely with Marketing to promote products and generate awareness for the brands under the company’s brand portfolio.

  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), with Cosmetics, Pharma, and Personal Care products.

  • To perform the financial management functions in Montaigne AH Limited.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Keeps record to conform with tax law and to provide financial data for the management of Montaigne Business
  • Ensures that costs and revenue are properly captured
  • Make adequate provision for cost, Bank Charges, etc
  • Maintain Asset Register and compute monthly depreciation
  • Prepares income tax and other government report
  • Prepares weekly creditors and debtors schedule
  • Prepares report of daily bank lodgement
  • Prepares report of daily bank balances
  • Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking appropriate action (escalate when necessary).

  • Do you possess audit instincts that will enable you conduct audit of Montaigne’s financial reports and assess internal control system?
  • Are you willing to use your investigative skills to conduct investigations or forensic audit if fraudulent activities are suspected?
Responsibilities You will assist the audit department to:

  • To ensure the safe transportation of staff, goods and products to designated locations.
  • To ensure the timely delivery of staff and goods to locations.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety of goods and products.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Fuel the vehicles, ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
  • Prepare trip reports - accident and incident reports as necessary.
  • Coordinate the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions.
  • Maintain log of vehicle maintenance.
