Job Title: Program Support Personnel, MMS

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • The program support staff will provide project implementation support for the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) Pilot project in FCT, collaborating with the Associate, Program Management. S/he will work closely with other teams in the organization to ensure the successful implementation of the project. This position will be based in Abuja.

Responsibilities
Program Management Support:

  • Support the day-to-day planning, implementation, and coordination of the MMS pilot state-level program activities
  • Support the data collection activities of the FCT MMS pilot
  • Liaise with the operations department on all logistics and/or procurement needs for the MMS Pilot program team
  • Provide support during MMS trainings and capacity building activities
  • Support the FCT MMS field activities
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Key performance Indicators:

  • MMS Pilot Program activities completed and workplan milestones met on time.

Requirements

  • Graduate currently residing in the FCT with HND or Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google apps (Doc, Spreadsheet)
  • Alignment with Evidence Action's core values.
