Job Title: Products Marketing Officer

Location: Jabi/Utako, FCT with 30% of travel within Nigeria involved - Abuja (FCT)

Job Brief

• We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead our outbound marketing activities. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.
• For this role, you have to be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns, social media engagements and pricing strategies.
• Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Studying the company’s products and translate technical details into benefits for the different target users
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products
• Developing effective marketing strategies and plans
• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
• Craft compelling messages and videos across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
• Working with design team and directors to promote products
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Meeting with clients to discuss needs, goals, budget and timelines and how best to support them.
• Negotiating and Securing MoU Contracts with government and private entities on onboarding and expansion of the company health and educational ICT products.
• Negotiating and securing MoU/Contracts on other products within the beauty and cosmetic line, and other goods and services.
• Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
• Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
• Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary

Requirement and Skills

• HND or BSC in Marketing or a relevant discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Creativity
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Officer
• Background in design, social media campaigns and copywriting is a plus
• Experience in market analysis
• Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)

Salary
N120,000 / Month.
