Agiville Industries Limited is a manufacturing company based in Mile 2, Lagos involved in the mass production of high-quality plastic environmental waste bins for domestic, commercial and industrial use.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Overseeing maintenance and operation procedures for the complete manufacturing process and auxiliary services necessary for production.
• Supervise the work of junior staff.
• Input of proper settings on control panels of production equipment.
• Implement routine training programmes for technical and production staff.
• Maintaining quality control standards.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on all production and auxiliary equipment.
• Promote good manufacturing practices and maintain standards
• Enforce discipline amongst junior staff
• Planning and organizing maintenance schedules.
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• Provision of training for other technical staff.
• Perform monthly appraisals on all production staff

Requirements

• Must have experience handling injection moulding machines.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing is highly desirable.

Salary
N160,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
