Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

 

 

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily activities of the procurement department
  • Maintain and update supplier information
  • Procure products locally and internationally
  • Plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies
  • Review, compare, evaluate and approve products and services

Requirements & Qualifications

  • B.Sc or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a procurement officer in a facility management
  • Supervisory and management experience

Skills:

  • Contract Management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Time Management.
