We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Procurement Intern - M/F

Reference: 2023-29512
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Contractual Hours: Full time
Contract Type: Internship agreement
Contract Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up activities on Material deliveries, Expediting of pending order deliveries.
  • Monitor the progress of active transactions.
  • Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly report of activities.
  • Database maintenance analysis and management.
  • Monitor the progress of issued requests until they are transformed into POs and issued to suppliers.
  • Any other work of a similar nature as may be requested by the hierarchy.

Profile

  • Graduate of Supply Chain management or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in the use of Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Fluent in English.
  • Punctuality.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Highest standards of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Candidate Criteria:
Minimum level of experience required:

  • New Graduate

Required Authorisations:

  • Graduate of Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
  • Experience in Procurement and Buying

Languages:

  • English (C-Professional working proficiency)
