Job Summary

Bellagio Airline is seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Project Manager to lead the Project Management Office for our startup operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure successful delivery of projects within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement project management processes, standards, and tools for the PMO.
Lead and manage the projects portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Mentor and coach project teams on project management best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress.
Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. PMI certification is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO Manager, preferably in the aviation industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
