Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the MD at Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited in Lekki.
  • The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, communication tasks, and arranging travel for the MD on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Relevant certification in office administration or related field
  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Personal Assistance, and Diary Management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in arranging travel and appointments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role
