We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • As the EA to the MD, the applicant will serve as the key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • The role is integral to the strategic and operational management of the organization.
  • This includes overseeing the MD's personal and corporate brand initiatives, representing the MD at meetings, speaking engagements, and other public forums.
  • Implement and oversee efficient internal processes & procedures, ensuring a high level of accuracy and decorum in all operations. smooth communication flow throughout the organization.
  • Champion the organization's policies and SOPs, ensuring consistent application across all departments and projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant experience in mid-level management roles.
  • BSC OR HND in any related field.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team management.
  • A background in legal or compliance is a strong preference.

Salary

  • N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
