Job Title: Personal Assistant to National Sales Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the National Sales Manager located in Oyo State, Nigeria. T
  • he Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the NSM's daily schedule, prioritizing tasks, making travel arrangements, coordinating events, handling correspondence, conducting research, and other administrative support duties as assigned.
  • Taking minutes of meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND
  • 3-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant or related field
  • Excellent typing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
  • Must reside in Oyo State.
  • Must be a female.
  • Proficient in computer technology including Microsoft Office with important reference to Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Project management experience
