Job Title: Personal Assistant

Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our General Sales Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support, coordinate travel and meetings, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the General Sales Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
• Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and prepare expense reports
• Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other sales materials
• Maintain accurate records and databases, including sales performance metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
