Orient Global Manufacturing Limited - Our company is mainly into Agriculture & Farms, Chemical Dealers, Chemicals and offering Caustic Soda, Corn Starch.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) - Male
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls for the chairman.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the chairman.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Collating and filing expenses
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the chairman., which will vary according to the sector and to the chairman remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
• Organising events and conferences
• Reminding the chairmanof important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Requirements

• B.Sc in any discipline is required.
• Should possess content writing skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word and Power point.
• 2-3 years relevant experience as a personal assistant.
• Must be a Male
• Applicants should not be more than 23-25years
