Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the Chairman’s diary appointments, vacations and general travel Organizing meeting logistics, taking notes and minutes, letters and proposals
  • Organizing and maintaining all office files, preparation and transmission of all documents
  • Maintaining a calendar of all office events and notify staff of it.
  • Keeping office inventory ledgers and ensure timely supply of office utilities
  • And handling other office ancillary matters as would be directed by the Chairman from time to time.
  • Preparing data base for business contacts
  • Managing all correspondences to and from chairman
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Taking notes and minutes for Chairman
Qualification
  • HND/B.Sc Secretarial Admin with upper credit
  • Excellent communication and personal skill
  • High capacity for hard work, integrity and self motivation.
  • A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in the same capacity
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications(word, excel. and power point)
