Location: Abuja Job Responsibilities
Managing the Chairman’s diary appointments, vacations and general travel Organizing meeting logistics, taking notes and minutes, letters and proposals
Organizing and maintaining all office files, preparation and transmission of all documents
Maintaining a calendar of all office events and notify staff of it.
Keeping office inventory ledgers and ensure timely supply of office utilities
And handling other office ancillary matters as would be directed by the Chairman from time to time.
Preparing data base for business contacts
Managing all correspondences to and from chairman
Handling telephone calls
Taking notes and minutes for Chairman
Qualification
HND/B.Sc Secretarial Admin with upper credit
Excellent communication and personal skill
High capacity for hard work, integrity and self motivation.
A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in the same capacity
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications(word, excel. and power point)
