Job Title: Intern
Location: Itoikin, Lagos
Job Description
- Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Assist fleet managers and operations personnel, as well as various support activities.
- Tracking location and status of loads.
- Providing assistance to customers with delivery and pick-up appointment times.
- Performs administrative and clerical duties to support full-time staff.
- Provide information to customers, drivers and dispatchers throughout the day.
- Complete continuing training as directed by management.
- Practice Company Core Values.
- Perform related work as required.
Job Requirements
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Must not be more than 25 years of age
- High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit

Job Title: Cargo Loading Supervisor
Location: Itoikin Lagos
Normal working hours are: 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily.
Details
- Handles oversize and overweight cargo loading supervision, and calculation standard of large-sized goods, load-bearing capacity of truck, and have good control ability for cargo loading to save time and improve efficiency.
- Good ability in the use of lashing tools
- Supervision of loading and unloading of cargo from various sea vessels.
- To assure the success of the voyage.
Minimum Qualification Required
- HND/B.Sc. certificate in related discipline with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a shipping company (Cargo Loading).

Job Title: Port Operation Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Port Operations Supervisor will assists in planning the sequence of loading and unloading cargo from ships, and the placement of cargo in the port area.
- The Supervisor will oversees large-scale operations, assists in resource planning and deploys manpower for each shift.
- The supervisor will also takes charge of lashing operations that secure cargo on vessels.
- The supervisor is responsible for berthing and unberthing vessels, carrying out wharf operations like locking and unlocking containers, and assisting with water bunkering operations.
- The supervisor will allocate resources to carry out vessel loading and unloading plan
- The supervisor will deploy staff to match operational demands
- The supervisor will facilitate communication between the management and working staff
- The supervisor will monitor vessel arrival and discharge to coordinate cargo loading and unloading
- The supervisor will oversee cargo handling operations
- The supervisor will perform daily planning on resource allocation (berths, yard and stowage planning).
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as a port operation supervisor in a shipping company is required for the position.
- Not more than 40 years.

Job Title: Fleet Management Officer (Intern)
Location: Lagos (Itoikin and Apapa)
Job Description
- Work conscientiously and responsibly, be positive, follow the arrangement, and work with a team.
- Professional knowledge of logistics and know the basic information of vehicles
- Be efficient, keep vehicle location information updated and awake at all times
- Update the vehicle location information every hour, and inform the dispatch supervisor and other team members of the location information report
- Participate in entry-level office and yard positions including - Dispatcher, Title Clerk, Yard Agent, Receiver, and Loader Operator
- Assist the General Manager in tracking and leading facility staff to meet company metrics
- Other duties as assigned
