Job Title: Company Secretary/ Head of Legal Services

Job Description
- The position involves taking charge of the company’s
administrative and legal mattars including compliance with legal and
statutory requirements.
Requirements
- A Law degree with minimum of second class with at least 7 years relevant experience
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN) will be an added advantage
- Trusteeship knowledge is essential
