Job Title: IT Officer

Locations: Sagamu - Ogun and Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary

  • The candidate will be required to work from its Lagos head office or Sagamu Factory location.
  • The IT Officer will be responsible for resolving technical issues faced by users/employees, and will be one who is well vast and experienced in resolving issues of software and hardware - networking, systems administration and the maintenance of computer systems and on CCTV cameras/biometric machines.

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and serving as coach and mentor to team members
  • Server management and data base administration
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software (Oracle), systems, networks, printers, scanners and other office technology/IT equipment
  • Installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras across the factory premises
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Proactively anticipating technical issues and mitigating them
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (physically and/or remotely)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Education / Experience / General Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' related experience, preferably in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
  • An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
  • An ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge and experience in networking, Oracle ERP, systems administration and in the installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras/biometric machines is VERY essential for this position.
  • Experience for server management and data base administration.
  • Qualified IT professional with relevant certification.

Job Title: HR Officer (Factory)

Location:
Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full time
Job Field: Human Resources / HR

Role Purpose

  • Ensures plant has the right number and type of talent required to execute plant strategy and achieve desired business results;
  • Ensures plant realizes required levels of employee productivity and performance excellence required to execute plant strategy and achieve desired business results;
  • Ensures plant establishes and maintains a positive work environment
  • Ensure staff operations within the factory is in line with the organisation’s values;
  • Assists in achieving plant budgetary objectives in support of top quartile cost performance objectives while maintaining appropriate levels of HR service delivery;
  • Ensures the successful implementation of HR business processes within the plant;
  • Ensures plant compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory guidelines.

Scope of Position

  • Responsible for labor and employee relations of employees
  • Works closely with plant staff and HR team membersto develop and deploy processes and policies that are consistent across the business unit.
  • Responsible for plant recognition management to support a positive work environment and continuous improvement of employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and calibrate efforts with HR colleagues and leadership across the business unit to build processes in support of the vision.
  • Manage the organisation's recruitment, specific selection, and orientation processes.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and labor agreements.
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify and implement a compelling employee value proposition that enables recruitment and retention of needed talent.
  • Collaborate closely with Line Managers to understand and implement HR programs that drive standardization across the division while ensuring plant business needs are met
  • Function as the voice of the plant customer to HR to ensure that the type and level of services provided fully support achievement of plant business objectives.
  • Educate plant management in development and implementation of required programs and processes to drive a positive work environment through plant management and supervisors.
  • Resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that recognizes employee needs and protects the need to operate in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Establish and maintain a presence on the plant floor to keep a read on the pulse of the organization.

Experience / Education / Skills & Competencies

  • BS Degree in Human Resources, or a related discipline. Master's Degree in related area and/or HR certifications will be an added advantage.
  • At least 5years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent.
  • Successful track record of performance in plant HR role.
  • Labor relations experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Strong functional HR knowledge

Job Title: Purchasing Officer

Locations: Sagamu - Ogun and Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to work from its Lagos head office or Sagamu Factory location and the duties include:

  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
  • Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

Education, Experience & General Skills and Requirements

  • BSc./HND in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or any related course of study
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Working experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

 

 

 

Job Title: Power Plant Operator (Gas Plant)

Location:
Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • To ensure smooth Power supply of the Power house.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Operation of Power houses and its accessories.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • To take care of Operation of the following Equipment's:
  • Gas Generator (5.25X2 MW).
  • Black Start Engine 1500 KVA (Diesel Engine).
  • HSD and Petrol tanks, PNG & CNG Station.
  • Pump station & Dispensing unit of Petrol & Diesel
  • Charge Air filtration unit, Radiators.
  • Exhaust system, Ventilation unit.
  • Lube oil system of Gas genets.
  • Demineralized Water Treatment Plant for Power Plant.
  • Makeup water tanks of Hot water line, HT& LT line
  • Coordinate with inter & intra dept. for power Supply.
  • Ensure uninterrupted power to all the plant equipment's.
  • Make modifications and techniques for solving chronic problems and to save the cost of power unit and Gas engine maintenance.
  • Spare management during shift operation.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • To arrange all the critical/ non critical spares to minimize the breakdown time of Gas engine.
  • Maintain spares by making indents, issue slips, RGP's etc.
  • Maintain all the log books.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintain all the records like Log book, breakdown record, history card.
  • To maintain all the fuel stock like Petrol, Diesel, Natural Gas day to day basis.
  • Monitoring all the parameter for keeping them under prescribed limits.
  • Environment Health Safety

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensure Uninterrupted Power supply of Gas Gensets for all the equipment’s.
  • Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions in Power house.
  • Use PPE on job.
  • Adopt safe and healthy work practices

Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience

  • Diploma / BEng in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institution.
  • Possess at least 5years' experience working on a 5 MW Gas Engine in a similar manufacturing environment, preferably in the Process industry.
