The candidate must be able to work in a team environment and effectively communicate within and outside the company.
- Must have worked at a supervisory level in a similar position for at least five (5) years in a reputable E&P Company.
Minimum Education and Work Experience

Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer
Location: Nigeria

Duties and Responsibilities
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for the implementation of all health, safety and environmental programs for the company at the field locations.
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing organizational safety programs at the locations..
- Maintain a location Corrective Action Register (CAR) and update as required to ensure it is current and up-to- date.
- Ensure fit-for-purpose waste management is conducted at the location.
- Review and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and put in place mitigation plans for all field location operations.
- Train and champion Behavioural Based Safety program at the location for all employees and contractors. Inspect all sites activities works, tools and equipment, verify that it is done in accordance with safety regulation and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate the field locations and develop safety plan that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees and contractors' personnel.
- Review all contractor safety plans and verify that all employees will participate in safety plan.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for the assigned location(s)

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Nigeria
Description
- The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of facilities' practices and principles in piping, process, and facility engineering.
- He must have knowledge of rotating equipment, wellhead operations and maintenance, as well as a good understanding of Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) Unit operations.
- In addition, the would-be candidate must have a detailed understanding of hydrocarbon processing systems operations, and maintenance, and broad experience in oil and gas maintenance operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide overall maintenance support to the production platform field teams for crude production and injection sustenance.
- Ensure that the standard operating procedures (SOP) for maintenance and production teams are reviewed and updated from time to time.
- Liaise with the Senior Maintenance Engineer in ensuring that all maintenance regulatory functions to government agencies and other regulators are carried out effectively and timely.
- Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for equipment technical supports and spares provision and supply.

Job Title: Senior Well Engineer

Description
- The Senior Well Engineer is responsible for well planning, design, and programming and for providing engineering support during the execution of the drilling campaign.
- The SWE shall support a wide range of well engineering activities, including the planning and execution of different well designs: exploration, appraisal, development, land, surface, subsea, deviated, horizontal and multi-lateral wells, including well reviews and field operations performance and has a broad responsibility covering drilling engineering, completion engineering and drilling supervision/operations management. Mentors and supervises all well engineers and interns.

Job Title: Senior Front-End Well Engineer
Location: Nigeria
Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing all front-end engineering support, i.e., from pre-initiation to Concept Selection, Pre-FEED activities, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages, and often times Post-FEED/Detailed Engineering Design essential for seamless execution of ongoing and future Oil & Gas field development plans.
- Responsible for integration of pre-FEED projects within the Company. The Pre-FEED activities include pre-feasibility, feasibility studies, Basis of Design, Scope of Work, etc. As such, manages the overall Project Front-End Engineering Integration.
- Responsible for integrating all discipline contributions into the overall technical design concept.
- This includes integration with upstream development, oil/gas processing, utilities, asset hydrocarbon evacuation, downstream facilities, and various engineering discipline studies, R&D, etc., spanning Revamp, Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
Qualifications and Key Accountabilities
- Formulate development concepts for new field developments and major modifications, determining the optimum commercial/business solution, in support of the asset, exploration, and commercial business plans.
- Expert in early stages of development and identify, screen, and develop alternative development options. Ensure opportunities and projects are well defined and framed so that they can be executed within realistic budgets and timeframes.
- Participate in opportunity framing workshops for production system optimization and debottlenecking opportunities which may involve an external facilitator.

- Carries the duties and responsibilities for Chief Process Engineer and coordination of Conceptual Studies, Concept Optimization, and FEED.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related fields.

- Professional membership and certification: NSE and COREN
- 10-17 years' experience in the Oil & Gas / E&P industry

- Repair defective components in motors, generators, controller, storage batteries, switch boards and other electrical fixtures.
- Carry out servicing and general maintenance on electrical part of the generator, electric motors, water fire pump, air conditioner unit, electric cooker, transformer, light fitting, fridge, freezers, water heaters e.t.c.

- Work with the Production team to debug problems in process, products and equipment as well as in production, field development plans, execution and management.
- Carry out choke change and inspection, well test, production chemical optimization and production rate checks.
- Assist and support the Production and HSE teams in ensuring compliance to Safety and Security Policies and procedures at Company's locations.
Qualification, Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in a core Engineering discipline (Petroleum, Production, Electrical or instrumentation). Possession of Master's degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in a reputable E&P company and with a proven track record of production and operations management
- Good knowledge of chemical optimization, Production, Facilities and well engineering.
- Ability to work in and foster a team environment
- Must possess the ability to execute projects and be able to work under pressure.

- Ensure routine cleaning of strainers both on LACT Charge and main pump lines
- Repair and service of meters and routine check onrotating parts, PLCs
- Must have a proven ability to plan / lead projects and must be able to work under pressure
- Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-tasking team

Minimum Education and Experience
- Education: The Cook is required to possess Professional Catering and Food handler Certificates. The Steward must have a minimum of Senior School Certificate.
- Must possess relevant and valid Professional Catering and Food handler Certificates
- Experience: Minimum of 5 year relevant Offshore experience as Chef/Cook/Steward in a restaurant or onboard a Vessel, platform or Flowstation with a large crew.
- Must be able to work on offshore rotation schedule and must be physically and medically fit.

Job Title: Crane Operator

Duties and Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine cleaning, scraping and painting of production platforms, and Flowstations as well as assist in production process monitoring and general deck maintenance.
- Ensure routine maintenance of Production Platforms and Flowstation
- Carry out periodic checks on all process parameters (levels, pressures, temperatures (etc)
- Assist the Technicians in Wells surveillance as may be required
- Check levels in Chemical tanks and ensure top up.
- Take wells crude samples for BSW analysis
- Responsible for general clean up and general housekeeping of Production Platforms and Flow stations
- Carry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Technicians
