Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Lagos

The Position

  • We are looking for engineers to oversee and ensure smooth operations at our sites.

Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate day to day construction and development at all sites of the organization
  • Interpret designs, bill of quantities, architectural and structural designs and adhere to company’s specifications.
  • Working with external contractors to make sure the jobs are properly executed.
  • Ensure quality of jobs done at the sites.
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, and plans) and report regularly on project status.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second class Upper) in civil engineering, building technology or other related field.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Needed for immediate employment
  • Must have 2 - 6 years post NYSC Experience in a similar role

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

The Position

  • We are looking for an Account Executive to oversee and manage our financial transactions at our Lekki Branch.

Job Description

  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies, standards and procedures
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual reports and accounts
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • Advise, implement and maintain standard accounting control procedures
  • Anchor and coordinate the Financial audit process
  • Prepare Receipts and Invoices and commissions
  • Maintenance of inventory records and daily transactions
  • Commitment to outstanding performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Second class Upper) from a reputable University.
  • Male candidate will be preferable.
  • Knowledge and use of SAGE and Microsoft office packages will be an added advantage
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Must have had 1 - 5 years post NYSC Experience, involving managing a wide range of financial activities for companies worked for.
  • Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.

Job Description

  • Promptly and cordially, answer the corporate phone lines within your responsibility area.
  • Screen, route and refer calls to the appropriate person or voicemail, in a professional manner.
  • Promptly and courteously welcome visitors and provide requested information and/or direct them to the proper person or department.
  • Review incoming mails and distribute them in accordance with established corporate procedures.
  • Prompt processing and dispatch of outgoing mails for all departments.
  • Maintain strict client and program confidentiality.
  • Ensure that the reception area is always neat and well organized
  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office packages.
  • Provide general support as directed by supervisor.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second class Upper).
  • Must have had 2-5 years post NYSC Experience, handling client’s interface and the front desk.
  • Should have a good fashion sense (Female Preferably)
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Must be living on the mainland
  • Should be a well-trained and preferably a certified Customer Service Executive
  • Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.

 

 

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

The Position

  • We are looking to increase our already existing team of Sales & Marketing Executives at our Port-Harcourt Branch

Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Executive shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:

  • Generate and negotiate new income for the company to an agreed annual target of revenue, to increase the company’s year on year revenue.
  • Source for viable clients for all our core services.
  • Ensure that the company’s products are fully subscribed to at all times.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, presentations, publications, mailings, etc
  • Identifying and following up on prospective clients within defined area and/or target reach
  • Book prospects meetings with clients to identify and progress business opportunities
  • Open new relationships with genuine potentials to develop into profitable long term clients.
  • Ensure detailed prospect records are fully maintained.
  • Continually update and develop knowledge of the overall business market place, the group’s product and service portfolio and competitor activities and inform management thereon.
  • Ensure that the monthly laid down sales target is met.
  • Sell, sell and sell.

Job Description

  • Ensure effective Generator, electrical and car repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage the activities of pool drivers, office security guards and Janitorial/cleaning staff.
  • Resolve and/or escalate operational-support issues in a timely fashion.
  • Handle all purchases relating to office supplies, facilities and resources.
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems as it relates to the Admin Department.
  • Tactful and analytical in facility management
  • Appreciation of leading practices and trends in risk management.
