  • Letting and Sales Agency (Residential) across Nigeria
  • Residential Property Market Advisory to High Network Individuals:
    • To advise in the development of the business strategy that will optimise returns to the stakeholders.
    • To lead in the management of operations, people and assets in accordance with the business strategy.
    • To provide best practice, cost effective property management services to clients
    • To advise on and achieve the company’s vision and mission
    • To maintain Group’s core values at all times
Strategic Development:
  • To advise in developing innovative strategic plans, objectives and priorities that reflect the vision, mission and values established by the board
  • Meet strategic and operational targets set by Group.
Management:
  • Act as a professional advisor to the Board on all aspects of the company’s activities
  • Identify, assess, and inform the Board on internal and external issues that affect the organization
  • Representing the company to major customers and professional associations
  • Keep up to date and organised records of all operations and the administration of company.
  • Support the implementation of the corporate strategy
  • Review and standardize processes and encourage continuous development
  • Develop and implement effective administration management systems & infrastructure
  • Management and efficient utilisation of the Company’s employees and assets (e.g. cars, printers, stationary etc)
  • Manage relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, service providers and potential clients of the Company and provide professional service at all times
  • Develop and embed a culture of customer focus to ensure high quality and continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Maintain professional corporate image
Operations:
  • Implement an operational plan in line with the strategic plan, objectives and priorities that is set
  • Ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are understood and owned by all employees.
  • Ensuring QSHE standards are set and met for all contracts and properties
  • Ensure consistent high quality standards on properties managed by Company
  • Optimise service delivery and client satisfaction in line with budget
  • Ensure strong and consistent communication channels with tenants and clients
  • Ensure strong client management in maintained
  • Regularly inspect properties and meet with tenants, landlords and clients
  • Advise on and support the marketing strategy for meeting set targets
  • Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the company
  • Monitor the delivery of the services of the company that is maintained in the short term and improved in the long term
  • Consistently research and implement new technology and processes that will enhance efficiency, productivity and performance
  • Promote and facilitate communication, synergies and team work between employees
  • Maintain strong network and communication with property management, marketing and services companies
  • Co-ordinate and delegate to team members to facilitate and ensure set targets are achieved
  • Ensure that all policies, processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Ensuring company records are abreast with accurate and current property and market information at all times
Financial:
  • Ensure rent and service charge is collected on time and structures are in place to manage tenants that default
  • Ensure invoices are sent within agreed timeframe and follow-ups with clients.
  • Put in place adequate financial control systems and implement financial controls and procedures that have been developed by Finance and Accounts department
  • Monitor administrative overheads and Implement cost saving strategies to optimize budget performance
  • Minimize long and short term debtors
  • Submit a comprehensive budget for the company’s operations and administration for approval by the board
  • Monitor the run rate of expenses and adherence to budgets for operations and administration
  • Approve expenditures within the authority delegated by the Board
  • Ensure that all payments are received as at when due.
Human Resource Management:
  • Design and implement a performance management process for all staff which includes monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going basis and conducting performance reviews
  • Conduct employee appraisal exercises
  • Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance
  • Advise Human Resources on staff for disciplinary action when necessary
  • Advise and support Human Resources in the recruitment of staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the company's mission
  • Advise Human Resources on employee’s development which includes training and welfare
  • Oversee the implementation of the human resources policies, procedures and practices
  • Ensure equity and fair treatment of all staff.
Growth:
  • Maintain and grow the core business
  • Advise marketing team on efficient strategies for the marketing and promotion of the company, services and properties under company's responsibility
  • Maintain current business and prospect for new business in current and new areas
  • Participate in fundraising activities as appropriate
Other:
  • Provide regular reports on areas of responsibility to the Board and other reports as requested
  • Any other duties as assigned by Board.
