Job Title: Office Receptionist

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Office Receptionist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Keep records of office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with office security and safety procedures.
  • Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and packages).

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in any related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
