Job Brief

  • We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
  • Clean (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, sanitizing, mopping) all designated facility areas.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
  • Fully responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the whole office.
  • Must ensure the restroom is kept dried.
  • Must be able to run errands for the whole staff.
  • Should be able to take data of customers coming in and assist in any form or way.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of an SSCE, NCE, FSLC
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-organization.
  • Paying attention to detail.
  • The candidate should reside on the mainland, Ikeja to be precise.
  • Must be able to speak & write in English.
  • Ability to work independently.

Salary
N35,000 monthly.
